So what does CampRoster really offer, you ask? Well, besides ingenious ideas, sparkling personalities and some serious diligence, this is our menu:
Online Registration: Each of your participants will be able to register through an online form. Easy payment options are available. We also provide an invitation only registration process that places your participants on a waiting list after they complete the online form to give you a chance to verify their registration information before they proceed to pay. |
Web Presence: If you do not already have a Web site, no worries. We provide every camp with a Web page that displays event information and provides access to the online registration and account details. Want something more robust? We create custom web sites, as well. If you do have a Web site, it literally takes minutes to set up the registration process. |
Online Management: We’ll collect and store all registrant information. You will have the ability to sign in and view all collected data, payout receipts and manage the invitation registation process, if applicable. |
Personal Relationship: This is the wonderful interaction between us that guarantees our service. We will assist in online management training, technical support for your participants and suggests ways to improve your camp in the future. |
Are we missing anything? We realize that we aren’t perfect, and if there is a service that you think we should offer, let us know! We can’t work miracles, but we might be able to implement something new in the future. Don’t be afraid; we’re the open-minded sort.
